ROLL A BALL OR HOOP TRAVEL ALONGSIDE AND PICK UP WHILST MOVING
LEAP FROM ONE FOOT TO THE OTHER
Gymnasts must complete 8 out of the 10 moves in order to pass the gymstar and move on to the next one.
Each move must be shown to the coach who gives a tick once completed. If there are any moves you don’t understand please ask the coach of your child’s class.
Please note that Gymstar one is not shown due to this award being a routine based award.
Gymnasts, with the help of their coach, choose a routine that suits them. They learn it and then show it in order to pass.
